1. Customer is advisable to mail/contact Happily Ever After at least one month prior event. Earlier the better for booking dates.
2. Applicable for Selangor & Klang Valley customers. For Terengganu and other customers are subject to dates availability.
3. Hand bouquet, hantaran and center piece deco designs are originally owned by Happily Ever After, customers may propose their idea/preference that suitable with package/budget.
4. Hand bouquet, hantaran and center piece deco to be self pick-up by customer if events to be held Monday-Friday (non public holidays). However, subject to negotiation.
5. All deco using 100% fresh flowers, specific flower request subject to availability.
6. Price inclusive of transport for Klang Valley area.
7. No price reduction for lessen hand bouquet, hantaran and center piece deco flowers requested by customers in short notice.
8. Customer is required to pay 50% deposit minimum 3 weeks before events for fresh flowers booking. Happily Ever After will not be responsible for any late payment.
9. Deposit is non-refundable for order cancellation.
